Booking Tickets

When you purchase tickets, gift vouchers or merchandise from the Marble Arch Caves your name, address, telephone number, email and customer reference will be stored for a limited period of time.

Sign up to our monthly email

Where customers have opted to receive marketing emails data will be shared with MailChimp our email partner. MailChimp is a marketing automation platform and an email marketing service which we use to send out targeted promotional emails.

Receiving our programme by post

Where customers have opted to receive our programme and updates by post, data will be shared with our distributor for fulfilment and postage purposes.

Opting out

If you decide you do not what to receive marketing emails or our seasonal programme you can opt out at any time, just let us know or hit the unsubscribe button in the email – we won’t be offended.

Visiting our website

When someone visits our website, we use third party services cookies and Google Analytics to collect standard internet log in information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out the number of visitors to various sections of our website. Information is collected in an anonymous form. You can disable cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser.
